As you probably already know, I want to become a domestic animal doctor (vet), so I did some research and found out there was a specific day in April made to promote animal health and welfare. The day is the last Saturday of April. I love this day because animals need respect to, they might not be able to communicate like us but they still feel pain and care. In this day we should delicate a little of our time to help any animal in need or even volunteer in a shelter. Animals deserve love too even if they don’t know the meaning of it. This federation represents more than 80 veterinary medical associations around the world. I love animals and it hurts me to know that there are more than thousands of animals out there being mistreated. I hope more people know about this day and help out.
